'Found Postcard' 60 screen-printed postcards, postcard carousel and video

 

I have a fascination with postcards and used some I had found in a charity shop to explore coded communication and memory. Written references made within the confined space of a postcard refer to failures and unhappy moments, along with the usual, upbeat commonplace memories of seaside holidays. The mixed messages are juxtaposed with the usual postcard image that has been transformed and distorted.
